Court Invalid

If he thought the laws didn't apply to him, why did he go to such great lengths to hide the guns? What the :cuss: is wrong with people!

Absolutely no one is above the law
When you have to start compromising yourself and your morals for the people around you, it’s probably time to change the people around you.

I wonder where he gets his money from to buy those guns. Don't you have to be Canadian to work in Canada? AND receive medical coverage?

The way the article reads, it's one of those 'freeman on the land' types of arguments where the dude has been told by a non-lawyer that our legal system is actually "contract law" . They think they can somehow opt out because it's a contract that they didn't sign or if they use some secret phrase in court like, "do you have a claim against me" then the court has to revert to some other set of laws.

Or, it's just a convenient ploy if you were caught trying to bring handguns into the country and have no other defense.

I'm not able to read any of that (blank). But I wonder if his name was ever established in court documents.

Must have got the name thing sorted out - anything to delay (that was back in February I think). Also read he tried to arrest the judge back in April.
