Every year they are over capacity and still nothing has changed except it got cold the beginning of Nov.

I gotta wonder ... At 1:19 of the vid , there's two bikes in a shopping cart as well as all that trash ..

Could one of those bikes be mine ?

Possibly, do you have them engraved somewhere or a serial number for them perhaps?

it's who they are ,that's what they do. after a hard days work of stealing for drugs and dumping the stuff off at pawn shops for drug money , they go to the kgm for a meal and a place to sleep. disgusting if you ask me
