Pretty obvious that, despite decades of inclusion of women in the workplace, something is amiss.

There are simply some jobs that women don't fit well in to.

Reducing physical standards in high stress, high adrenalin jobs, like policing, firefighting or the military was obviously a mistake.

Either hire all women to do these traditionally male dominated jobs or don't hire any. At some point, unit and cohesion and efficiency has to factor in without being bogged down by endless issues of sexual inequality.

When everyone, male or female, performs and passes the same set of entrance guidelines than you can expect more interpersonal respect.

But even then, as is the case in the military especially, some of the worst sexual deviants and borderline psychotic men also make the best and deadliest soldiers.

Throw women into that mix? Sure. Why not? Just don't complain when it doesn't work out for a woman.

Professional sports is another area that still retains it's gender exclusivity and how often do you hear men or women complaining about being sexually harassed on the job when all players are of one gender?

For me, some of the problems are simple to resolve...

It's going to be a few years before we are all given the Kool-Aid at birth that strips all of us of our genetic imperatives to desire or demand sex and thus propagate the species.

sex and power article...
Is the power of a very beautiful, sexual young women more powerful than a man with money.
The sexual power you are born with, the money power you need to risk everything, work for and die for to get.
So which power is easier to get? Who has more power in our society? Is it an actual form of inequality?

There are millions of fine, decent men (and women) who have served in the military that would be extremely insulted at your suggestion that "the best soldiers are the worst sexual deviants or borderline psychotics". They somehow manage to "propagate the species" without sexually assaulting those who serve with them.
Why should it be the women's fault if there are members who cannot seem to behave in a professional manner while performing their military duties? And women shouldn't complain when assaulted in the performance of their military duties? What do you think Military Service is, a frat party, or a serious career? Military service is not some First person Shoot'em up game. Our soldiers are there to serve and protect, and sometimes to attack the enemy, not to attack their fellow comrades.

So that justifies sexual assault?
