I remember reading in a Playboy magazine (I think) one fellow saying he would just go up to a woman and ask her if she wanted to f**k? He said he got slapped lots but also got lots of f**ks.

I assume under todays "rules" that would be considered consent and maybe a good approach.

What a refreshing approach, instead of wasting everyone's time. Instead of pretending to want to have dinner and dance and conversation, or a ski partner, just be transparent about what exactly they are after.

Seriously though, what exactly is "explicit consent" defined as? I would think that that would be a very subjective definition between the two horny lovers and the judge if it were to come that far.

To get an idea of explicit consent, look to other examples of people entering an agreement (say to use your personal information for some express purpose): https://www.i-scoop.eu/gdpr/explicit-consent/(

or consider medical procedures, where the doctor explains what he is going to do (surgery or whatever), and then gets patients explicit consent for it, may or may not sign something. Sometimes the patient is asked again before the procedure, what are you here today for, to be sure they understand, and agree to it. This way you don't have someone waking up later claiming they did not agree to have their (fill in the blank) removed or altered.

or...http://dictionary.reverso.net/english-d ... it+consent

So you don't just grab a girl and choke her and stick your tongue down her throat without asking first if she agrees to it.

Of course. Why would you think otherwise? Or are you not in favor of equality of male and female before the law?
Conviction is still just as difficult, male or female, you will have to show he did not consent.

That's the beauty of the new Swedish law, the accused will need to show that they did get explicit consent.and it is already not legal to have sex with someone who is incapacitated by being drunk. "Under current Swedish law, someone can be prosecuted for rape only if it is proven that they used threats or violence, or if the victim is vulnerable due to being unconscious, asleep, drunk or similar."

All women will hate this. It takes the power of being able to change their minds after the fact out of their hands.

But then again, most any feminist judge would probably throw that contract out, just like any “iron clad” and “entered into willingly” prenup. I mean, when man vs woman in a court of law, the woman wins 14 times out of 10. Add in some tears and such, and no judge would ever treat a woman as harshly or unfairly as they treat men.

Written consent before means SBA. Who is to confirm that the woman was not intimidated, threatened or otherwise forced to sign the consent form?
Why do people who fancy themselves "fiscal conservatives" not scream at hidden debt accumulated in the past dozen years? Or, do they only object to spending on social programs?

Or Maybe Not, rape statistics in Sweden have not changed in a decade. The rape myth in Sweden was a tactic by the Trump team to get Americans to be more paranoid about immigration (a favorite theme of Trump's).

If she was, she can certainly argue that in court.

Do you have any objective evidence of these claims?
A while back I provided an article about the sentences given to women in some sexual offence cases. They were lighter than for the males, but they were also sometimes less violent, or less numerous offences, less likely to have multiple victims etc.But you must have some other reference of such extreme judicial bias. A decent lawyer could certainly take a case like that to appeal if the judge were biased.
