It's interesting hearing Shapiro prattle on about biology, genders and science. It would appear that he is unaware that biologically the human body has more than 2 sexes, even if the vast majority of people are covered by 2 and that sexuality is not a purely biological concept. Even biologists accept that human sexuality is far more complex than the simple binary view, as do developmental psychologists, etc. and I have no doubt that Shapiro is well aware of this, but that he would rather deny the science and pretend that science is on his side. He did that within the first minute and completely threw away any credibility he had in so doing.
He then goes on to claim that BDS is anti-Semitism, and while there are large cases of overlap, those who engage in BDS are not by definition anti-Semites (even if many turn out to actually be so).
Honestly, he should try to stick to well sourced, uncontroversial concepts if he is going to claim things as facts with such certainty. Instead he presents hypothesis and controversial topics as fact and goes from there. It's really hard to take him or his acolytes seriously. Also, you should look at the kinds of followers he attracts by reading the Youtube comments:
