Was it ever true?
As WW3 develops, no one is going to be dissing the "preppers." What have you done?

It's always been true. The only benefit to having a wife is owning a trophy to lord over others.
I married a woman to help establish my business career as their heightened emotional levels are always good for a laugh at conventions and meetings. When I established my career I promptly dumped her on a sidewalk somewhere. She wasn't all that hot anyways and I wasn't about to pay for a boob job.

I think he meant she thought he needed smaller boobs.
Hopefully she made enough contacts at those business meetings and conventions to find a better mate.
