If the kids are lawfully allowed to possess the drugs in the first place, then I see no reason to make them take unnecessary risks to consume it. If, however, it is illegal for them to possess the drug in the first place, then no; No legal injection sites permitted. I would even potentially lean as far as to agree with Truthy... Which I have never yet done.
