Not sure if they do this here (hasn't happened with me)but in Ontario they email you i believe 1hr window of time its delivered. If you're not home and its dropped off at door (house or townhouse) they take a picture of house number with your package and you'll get an email with these pics saying delivered.

Ordered Monday for delivery Friday. Amazon said it would be delivered Wednesday but Purolator didn't even attempt to ring my doorbell - just left a 'missed delivery" stuck to the front door. I had to drive out and retrieve the next day!!

Purolator sucks!!

We had a second parcel delivered yesterday as well and they just dropped it at the front door.

They don't even ring the bell. I like the other guys who send an email and picture better. At least you know it's there and it doesn't sit there for hours unattended.

I live on a short street with an apartment building. Amazon sent me a package I had ordered, and it was tracked. It was "out for delivery" for a solid week. I complained, called the number provided and heard "oh, well we're verifying the address - we need a unit number". No, dipstick, you need to actually deliver to the address and you'll see it isn't the apartment building! :swear:

I was so hugely irritated by this, every other package has arrived without difficulty so whoever delivered this one (finally!) was definitely not thinking.
PLEASE use spellcheck. If that is too hard, consider installing the Grammarly (free!) app that will not only spellcheck for you (AND offer corrections!) but also make sure that your sentences are grammatically correct.

You're welcome.

Well lets just say that if you're employed as a delivery driver chances are you are not the brightest bulb in the box.

If you are the "brightest bulb in the box", it would become broken in that box in the hands of the driver. :smt045

Ouch that's a bit harsh.

I drove for Loomis a while years back, and you might be surprised at how sharp you need to be to get things done right.

One stop was delivering multi million dollar payroll to a large corporation, which I doubt would be entrusted to someone who isn't the "brightest bulb in the box". :135:

Just a quick update for anyone who might be interested.

I got my refund on the sheepskin but Amazon wouldn't accept my poor review of the seller.

I guess not replying to emails and items not arriving is acceptable to Amazon as a review of one of their sellers.

I will be wary of buying anything that has a delivery date of more than a week or 2.
