The father of the young man killed in this accident came into the courtroom of the Hyatt trial and actually tried to approach the judge and read a 'letter' of some kind. He was told to leave and stopped by the sherriff. Does anyone have any knowledge of what was in that letter? He took a couple of the reporters out with him. But I have never heard of what the letter said.

I agree, FB is not a credible source, however, the person who made the comment about what I think the deleted post was about, is the Mom of the deceased girl Delanie, and I'm thinking she probably has some first hand info regarding her comment...and probaly some paperwork to back it up

I wonder if Nebula has this info yet?? And I also wonder what the press will do with it, my guess is about the same as the tidbit on the drinking jurors....nothing.

Wasn't guessing at all, I was curious, and saw the Moms post on her own FB page, which is open. I also agree, Delanie's Mom was probably the first to know since her child was a minor.

Mike was the Designated Driver that night, had not had a drop of alcohol. His truck was lifted quite a bit, and it is my understanding that the road conditions were sketchy at best.

Curious if RacerChic still stands by this comment?

I don't know about the drinking, it's pretty obvious the truck was lifted, so is mine. I was on that road a few hours before the accident, and early the next day, the road was in pretty good shape.
