There has been more work done on the golf course on the road to Brenda Mine and Silver lake than there has on the Ponderosa.
Most of the equipment and construction buildings have been moved away from Gladstone Road area. The area is an ugly rocky area devoid of trees. Oh Yes, there are two mobile homes being occupied on the end of Gladstone Drive. Do they count as residences on the Ponderosa.
They did have one cheerleader for the development but his web page has shut down.
