I wish them luck with opening this restaurant. I believe it is not open yet, and with the summer tourists pretty much gone it is going to be difficult to open a new business especially a restaurant in a tourist driven community.

Still not open yet.

As for opening in the Fall, it's about time Peachland becomes a Winter destination. So much to do here in the Winter...

You can beach in January, then take a 5 minute drive up the hill and skidoo around Deep Creek Canyon in winter wonderland.

If I had a couple loose hundred thousand dollars I'd open a recreocentre up there with snowshoe, crosscountry skis, tubes & snowmobile rentals with a safe trail system, and I'd offer all included packages with in town restaurants, whineries wineries & B&B's.

I'd market the Europe, China and of course local folks. Bring them in tourists. Year round.
