If it was self inflicted arson maybe, but I think all such fires are still covered if the cause is unrelated to the ownership. Vandalism, arson are covered I believe in most policies.

That's correct, other wise why insure.

If the owner was proven or it was alleged that he/she started their place on fire the case would certainly not be settled until all avenues of investigation had been concluded.

The hall will be finished repairs etc. by the fall of 2014. It will be the same Westbank Community Hall with some upgrades. They were waiting for a beam to be delivered??
They are taking booking for the fall of 2014.

They actually found a person...but the story is vague on who they picked up i guess because he has other charges against this person.

No idea if Facebook played a role in this case or not but it'd be interesting to know how many morons actually do get busted due to posting about their exploits on social media.
