I don't know for sure about Kelowna, but they are available in Vernon at the Vernon Alliance Church

Trinity Baptist on the corner of Springfield and Spall usually has them as well. I wonder if there is a website that lists the locations?

I think Dollarama has them. Even if they don't, that store has got a lot of stuff to go into those shoe boxes.

You might want to try Dollar Tree as well.
