...and, for the umpteenth time - no one's disputing the law...yes, he's innocent until proven guilty...the large basis for the discussion here of late was the number of comments made by yourself many pages back, that you would have no problem leaving your child in this person's company...ever since, the large majority have questioned you on this line of thought (many thinking your frankly nuts to do so) and your complete avoidance of backing up your claim, rather this ridiculous song and dance of side-stepping and counter-questioning others questions...

Excuses? Please identify one, just one, such excuse.... the indignation is the continual fear mongering by some and their total lack of understanding of both the law and the subject matter at hand.

It is common for individuals to use the term fetish without getting clinical .... the word is widely accepted and understood by the major populace and does not even have to be sexual in nature.

It most definitely is not making an excuse.... how would you equate it as being an excuse?

Fetishes may fall under paraphilias if the behavior is deemed harmful to you or others. Just because fetish might fall under paraphilias and pediophila falls under paraphilias doesn't mean pediophila is a fetish.

If the children were old enough to understand then I would explain it to them. If not then NO, they would not ever be let alone with him (son or not). I would actually say not to come around if other family members and their children would be there.

And yes I am speaking from experience so don't even go there.

Yes and if you do not the Ministry will step in you could be fined and/or jailed for failure to report.
