Watched as two young men stripped down to shorts and dove off the ferry dock at West Kelowna this afernoon. Temp was -8 at the time with a bit of a breeze. They said it was a bit cold!!!!!! No doubt!!

Correction... they jumped in from the top of the old pulley stands. Either way, it would be quite a shock to the system. Neither seemed any worse for the wear though.
