New building going up on 97 north of Elk road

Anyone have any idea what's going up on 97? From the design it looks like an auto dealership with the front facing East. A lot of bay doors on the 97 side. West Kelowna does need a dealership.

Hyundai would be a good choice as their one in Kelowna is almost at the Airport.
