What happened on the Hwy

Just went to get my kid from work.There is firefighters and police every where in the dip heading into glenrosa.They are re routing traffic,anyone know whats going on?

Apparently it's a tractor trailer stuck trying to get up the hill. That's what the tow-truck driver told the grocery store lady, anyway.
