Orange Meteor
Anyone else see the bright orange meteor at 10:15 pm tonight? It was traveling southwest from Peachland to West Kelowna. It seemed to burn out and had a cloud of dust or smoke around it. I witnessed its path through my binoculars.
Very cool!

I was hoping someone traveling the highway would of seen it and mention it here. It's never fun to witness these events alone. Not to mention getting questioned how many cocktails I had consumed.

Wow! Thanks for posting Wally. There seems to be an increase in activity. This was my first time seeing one as an avid skywatcher.

Cool, not everyone would have had the opportunity to zoom in as you did. What direction was it travelling?
