News Item... Elderly couple escape wreck

Post by fluid power »

Another crash took place Thursday afternoon along a dangerous stretch of road that has seen its share of accidents over the years........The driver of the southbound truck failed to negotiate a curve just north of Alexandria Way. The vehicle came to rest on the vehicles driver side, up against a fence and horse stable.

This leaves me puzzled...I drive this road everyday. I would not consider it "dangerous" at all. I don't understand why anyone would crash on this road. Even if driving it at 60-80kmph it is manageable. Most roads have corners that you may actually have to slow down for (what a concept). In the case of this accident, and most others on this road, I suspect other factors come in to play that are not mentioned in this article.

Don't label a road "dangerous" when it is not.

I suspect the driver is more dangerous than the road. He certainly blew this one.
My Wife asked me if I knew what her favorite flower was?

Agreed. Every road is dangerous if you can't drive. It is not the road

Finally some folks with brains. The roads are not bad or dangerous ,It is the Pin Heads that drive them like idiots.
