Exactly. I just checked my weather station again. Currently 2 km/h winds with max gusts to 15km/h at 12:50. If it ain't windy on this of the lake, it ain't windy on that side. It's not like OK lake is very big or anything.
Not sure where oneh2obabe gets her data, but EC doesn't have a weather station in WK. Maybe it's a private one like mine.

Vernon weather station is at the Coldstream Ranch (ie. not even in Vernon). Max 7 km/h today.
