divinity. I only ever get it at Christmas, and not for the last few years. The last time I tried to make it I killed my mixer :( so I don't try to make it anymore . . .

Christmas cake - do you consider it edible, or not? I love my mom's white Christmas cake, might make some this year

I only know it as "Christmas Pudding", recipe came over from England with a great grandparent. That with a rum sauce and some whipped cream . . . yum!

Favourite "heritage" dish? Something that is a family tradition or just not made much anymore?

(don't think it was plum, hasn't any plum in it . . . shredded carrot and potato and raisins and suet - no plums though)

Don't have one but if it was necessary, I'd go for a hot chocolate with a splash of vodka.

Hard to say, there are so many. I will say I prefer the older style to the Disney-ized ones. Maybe Snow White and Rose Red?
