100 things to do before you die

Saturday, 30 August 2008
"Creator of the eponymous travel guide '100 things to do before you die', Dave Freeman, died this week. Click the image to the right to see his definitive list of life-changing experiences in pictures."

http://www.independent.co.uk/travel/100-things-to-do-before-you-die-912856.html

I received Dave Freeman's book as a 'stocking filler' and really was inspired to make more of my life through travel(LOL more travel) and experiences.

I'm interested to know what others would choose for the following categories. I'll list 5 entries for each category(with no significance of order), but please expand further if you so desire. If you are stuck for inspiration, then simply come back later to edit your list. If you think a 'wish' headline is missing, then go ahead and add it. :

:ohmygod: I'm adding this one to my 'places to visit' list:

Massive beams of selenite dwarf human explorers in Mexico's Cave of Crystals deep below the Chihuahuan Desert. Formed over millennia, these crystals are the largest yet discoverd on Earth

The image is copyright material so sadly I can't post it. It is an absolute jaw-dropper though!!

Just in case anyone is sceptical, as I certainly was, see here:
