Nope. Everything is wired correctly. Even now I can go out in the hall and turn the lights on or off with either switch. The question is, why did this not happen yesterday?

When you flipped light off the night before if the switch happen to be. Not off or on but in middle I would suspect that would cause the other switch useless. If that at all make any sense.

So my answer is some how the switch you turn off ending up not off nor on. (but the lights did turn off)

New riddle and a true story to boot. The name of the location has been changed to protect the innocent (or something like that).

I go to the Stoopid Store and leave paying my total bill of $5. Included on this bill was an HST amount of $6.

How could this be?

No fooling the "dogspoiler."

New one for you. How did the moose get up there?

The moose became entangled in the wire while it was low to the ground and was hoisted into the air when the wire was raised to the top of the poles.

New kind of meat cache? Would definitely keep the wolves away from it. :D

Is this a REAL photo? Poor moose!

Looks like some kind of man made contraption with pulleys, etc so it doesn't look like an accidental thing but still and all ....

?????

I would guess that the snow was deep enough that the moose walked into the wires and became trapped.

The objective was not to solve the riddle?

Or is this one of those "fun threads" where we don't search for answers and we all just make wild and silly guesses? If the latter, then carry on because facts won't play any part in the guesses.

I was about to try and convince people that a moose could walk in 50 ft of snow, I don't think they will believe it now. :dyinglaughing:

Correct! Aliens are far more advanced than our wired ways, so they never even thought to consider the possibility of the moose getting tangled in wire on the way up.
