in the storytelling sense "Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald" (may be the only one I know, it is the only one that comes to mind),

in the sentimental sense "Old School" by Hedley (perfectly evokes that sense of nostalgia you get when you realize how much time has passed)

er, actually Lulu had several hits, mainly in the Uk but she did the Bond man with a golden gun.
