What's the product's name?

Here is how the game works: List the ingredients of something. The first person to answer posts the next product ingredients.

Guess what this is (hint it is something you eat):
    - water
    - enriched wheat flour
    - modified tapioca starch
    - salt
    - acetic acid
    - glucono-delta-lactone (a major ingredient in "personal lube")
    - maltic acid
    - lactic acid
    - sodium lactate

I looked the ingredient up (not knowing what it was), and low and behold it listed all places you can find this preservative.

The answer is: udon noodles.
