SOIL Farmer

Post by Ken7 »

Several weeks ago I located a soil farmer in the area I believe to be by the Airport, or near there. They had a web site, they stated their soil was composted soil.

Does anyone know of these people, their soil looked good. I do not was to get a mix of coal, clay and poor grade dirt. I got caught once and wont again!!

Let me know, use is for top dressing lawns.

I got about 20 yards from that guy on longhill. I got half each of 7 year aged manure and screened loam. Mixed together was very nice soil.

I picked up a couple yards from Burnco on Westside. Top dressed my lawn, after watering a number of times, soil separated and lots of small rocks left. It was their screened soil, not great for top dressing.
