Plumbing a pipe from city main to house

My neighbour needs some leads on who can run a pipe from the city main pipe system to his house without digging up the entire front yard. Right now he is digging a hole to the leak so that's almost done, he just needs the person who can complete the plumbing job.

There is one guy he knows of who can do it, but that person is not available right now.

Does anyone here know of who can do this highly specialized job?

I was hoping that someone would see this thread and be able to do the job.

It's called pulling a pipe through another pipe without having to disrupt every thing on the property.

Thanks Prairieflower, believe me, I hope this problem never happens to me. My neighbour is having fits trying to get help with this job.

According to him it's not just one easy find to get someone who can do it.
