We are doing some interesting stuff with cement, we are building laminated ferro cement walls, we are making epscrete and using it both for insulated forms and for cavity filling. We are taking styrofoam and rather than have it go to land fills. we are using it as insulation in concrete. This is about as green as it gets and we would be happy to pass on the stuff we have learned.

That is fairly similar to the tilt-up constuction process. The largest slab I worked on was 38 tons.
