When to Plant Tulip Bulbs?

Hi,

I was wondering when the best time to plant Tulip bulbs was here in the Okanagan? I've heard some people have already planted and some are waiting.

I would wait another week or so till it gets a bit colder.
You don't want them to sprout and grow till spring.
Seeking the apartment that is creating leasing interest concerns knowledgeable seclusive morons excessively.
