Wine Making
I'm trying to decide on a batch of wine to make at a wine brewing place. Anyone know a good forum or something for discussing this?
I've made a Cab-Merlot and a Girlsaremeaner for my wife but am looking for a lighter red. Just wondering if the Cheeky Monkey Pinot is good.

Re: Wine Making
My advice is if it's fermented to dryness, don't use poly sorbate.
You'll make a superior wine without it.
It's just added to keep the yeast from re budding but I've never had that problem with a dry wine that has a nice polish.
Poly sorbate destroys a wines flavor.
Jmo.
