A bladeless fan made from s fan with blades.

It's very Red Green...minus the duct tape.

^^^ Dyson has bladed fan its inside the base, more then likely similar to vacuum motor they use (instead of sucking this blows)

Pour water on your face, shake head back and forth really fast as if your saying No to something 100 times.
