Community woodshop?

Postby pepsi190 » Dec 30th, 2016, 9:55 pm

Is there such thing as a community woodshop, similar to high school shop classes, around the Okanagan? I am really interested in becoming more handy, possibly building some furniture. I would also like to refresh my memory on woodworking or shop type classes in general. It would be very helpful if there were some classes with hands on learning.

Have you ever heard of, "The Men's Shed"?

What area do you live in?
Computers allow people to make more mistakes in less time than anything since the invention of tequila and automatic weapons.
