Fly Tying
With winter fast approaching it's almost time to restock my flyboxes.
I thought I'd start a thread to see who else out there ties and to post some of your favorite patterns or whatever you're currently working on or experimenting with.
I'll start with a few:
Boobies
Bloodworms
Hoppers
Alevin
Chironomids
Drying out
Pregnant Scud
Boatman
Leeches
Mayflies
Dragons and Damsels
Favorite Spots
Flyfishing Rules!
Thanks for looking! Post 'em if you got 'em!
Cheers

That is really cool. I have a friend who took a class on fly-tying, I'll have to tell her about this thread.
I haven't failed until I quit.

Those are beautiful Loki2u! Don't tell anyone I said this, but I've always thought some flies would make beautiful earrings! (But I love bugs so maybe that's just me.)

Wow Loki, you are one talented man. Both my dad was a fly tier and my brother certainly still is. I grew up appreciating the art but it looks like you take it to a whole new level!
Nice photos too, I can appreciate those too.

As WW3 develops, no one is going to be dissing the "preppers." What have you done?

^^^^ and I've told many a person (usually a gal) that their ear-rings would make a great fly
or lure...
Great job on those fly's and quite a nice tying station.

My friend and I DID make earrings out fishing lures one time. We couldn't get our husbands to tie us any nice hookless flies though.

Oh come on now....IF that is not a prime example of baiting then I don't know what is. I want to bite, but I just gave you a nibble as a test.

Very nice work!
I've owned a few kits in my younger years and made many flies but I'll be the 1st to admit that yours are a WAY nicer than anything I've tied.
