Looking for small woprkshop space.
I'm in Kelowna looking for a small shop space so that I can get starting in to blacksmithing. I've taken a course in Vernon and just about have everything I need to get started as far as tools goes.
The house I'm in has a tiny garage full of my landlord's stuff and there is no real outdoor space that I can work with.
I would only need about 7'x10' (if even) to set up my small gas forge, anvil and tool bench. That's plenty of space for me to work in even.
If anyone has some extra space in their garage/shop that they would be willing to share for a small rent, that would be amazing. I'm more than happy to share my tools/forge if you're interested in learning how to hit some metal. Even though I'm a beginner I could at least teach the basics.
