wow - they ripped you off. ebooks usually don't have shipping and handling charges.

but since the topic is open again - has anyone on this forum ever tried
to improve their eyesight without glasses just by doing eye exercises?

I knew someone that tried exercises for their eyes... only one eye went for it.... the other was just a lazy eye... :runforlife:
