So, I've heard of this stuff but the logic behind it seems like a great way to part with your money.

Anyone experience it? This stuff snake oil or any truth to it?

As far as I know, the human body has compensation mechanisms to adjust and stabilize pH, so in the end (unless you have kidney issues that inhibit said mechanisms) any attempt to change your body's pH is utterly useless

There are products for this altho I think taking some apple cider vinegar is equally as helpful if you can take it. Also eating less foods that cause acidity like whites and sugars.. Believe it or not acidic looking foods like citrus have an opposite reaction in our gut. you can balance with foods alone.
