Hunting Licences

I hunted in Alberta for about 18 years and then after moving to BC I hunted just one season, in 1995. I had an FAC from Alberta and currently hold a Federal POL. What is required for licencing for upland game and where can I get info on it? Stuff like CORE and hunter numbers. Anyone in the know? All help would be appreciated.
