Graham James, convicted sex abuser, faces new charges

Post by Straight Shooter »

There is no doubt that there are other victims out there that haven't come forward. This man has done so much harm to innocent kids and deserves everything that the law will throw at him.

There's only way to stop a pedophile.

One thing that kind of puzzled me after reading Theoren Fleury book was that many years after the abuse took place, Fleury went into partnership with James and others into the Calgary Hitmen of the WHL.

Two years is all he gets for sexually abusing another boy. What a joke. Troy Swanson is serving 10 years in a slammer for the far lesser crime of muling drugs over to Saskatchewan.

Such was the hold that Graham James had over him. Victims often don't realize they have the power to say no, and to distance themselves from people who harm them. Abusers will cultivate that and count on it so they can continue to act out.
When someone says they pay taxes, you know they're about to be an ******e.
