Sure, I'd try it, looks insane but fun.

Are you a tough mudder?

I could say that I would have done this in my younger years.

But I'd be lying through my teeth.

Was NEVER tough enough to be a tough mudder. How about you? Would you do it?

I would love to try a tough mudder, although I know that some of the obstacles would be beyond my capability. However, my focus is currently on the sport of powerlifting and breaking my own National records and maybe a few more, so all the fun runs that catch my eye have to stay on the wish list.

Sounds as though you are well on your way to trying one!

I'd do it, but I'm in bad shape for my age. While I could easily work on my cardio, I have a terrible shoulder issue that wouldn't allow a lot of the obstacles to be completed...if not make the problem much worse.

Most of my friends have done it, many of them several times. Sometimes they'll go to a few different locations in the same year.

Every tough "mudder" I ever met soon ran into a mudder who was just a little tougher. The toughest mudder only exists in theory. >>>

Tough Mudder isn't that bad. The Spartan race is a lot tougher.

Whoa, http://spartanrace.ca - it does look brutal, but then both are so far out of my league that the finer points elude me. I think both would thoroughly exhaust me (watching it, haha).

If you do not feel you have trained adequately to enter the race you could always just run ahead of the leaders and take pictures of them approaching.

A friend of mine did the Sun Peaks race with her mom, and her mom is 60.
