Gillard Forestry Road how far do city limits extend up this

Wondering seeing a lot of people doing some target shooting up this road past Kelowna Mountain development .
Just wondering is this crown land up there and how do you know when its outside city limits ?

Kelowna mountain is outside of the city limits, so if they're past that, they're good.
