Caps are a goner.

Until the team actual loses the race to 4 wins, they can always make a comeback.

First team could be eliminated in round 2 tonight.

I'm sure hoping that happens, as it's hard to like the caps.

Watching the hi-lights of this series, can't see Pittsburgh losing 3 straight.

Just finished watching the Nashville vs San Jose game, it got pretty nasty in the final 3 minutes.

Current standings:

St. Louis leading Dallas 3-2

San Jose leading Nashville 3-2

Tampa leading New York 3-1

Pittsburgh leading Washington 3-2

Tampa Bay Lightning have eliminated New York Islanders & will face either Washington or Pittsburgh for the Prince of Wales Trophy, in Eastern Conference Finals.

Added: will Stamkos be available

I actually used to be a Tampa fan after they won the cup in 04, had a jersey and everything. After a couple years of watching them lose in the first round and then a few more years after that where they didn't make the playoffs I kinda lost the excitement. I guess that means I wasn't a true fan. Not sure why but I just can't bring myself to cheer for them again. I must admit though, they are playing really well...

First & foremost I'm a fan of hockey, there are teams I follow more so then others.
Hockey is not the only sport I enjoy following.

Nashville and Dallas both survive elimination and are headed for game 7.

Yep, now will Washington be able to do the same or does Pittsburgh end it. Move on to Tampa Bay.
