In the past professional sports organization have avoided Las Vegas because of sustainable.
NHL & just this past season NFL have decided Las Vegas is a worthy risk.
For me the thing that gets me is there is guaranteed sellout available to the NHL & they already built the arena, that is Quebec City (oh yes with automatic rivalry builtin with Montreal to boot)
