That were finding young talent/diamonds in the rough will come in, I wish West Kelowna Warriors much success under new ownership.

Just my opinion,but I look at what the successful BCHL teams do (Vs, Wild, Chiefs, Griizz) and 2 things need to happen for the Warriors to succeed:
1.Get a new coach, the present coach encourages goon hockey where the players push and shove after the whistle, and so many cheap shots seen to be encouraged (just like the Clippers, who seem to be struggling as well)
2.Better corporate/local sponsorship and that might improve if they can put a better product on the ice
So still comes down to the coaching style
