Fishing in the Okanagan-looking for recommendations

Looking for some good camping and fishing resorts/lakes/areas that are drivable (2 hours) from Kelowna. We looking for places that are easy to drive to (non logging, rocky roads) as we are towing a travel trailer!!! My husband likes to fly fish

Beaver Lake/ Dee lake
Oyama lake- always had a bad road, but apparently they've been doing upgrades?
Pillar Lake
Echo Lake
Wood lake

Fishing is better towards kamloops area
