I do not like tennis, but BRAVO to this kid. So happy to see a young player beat one of the most amazing players, and for Canada to boot.

Sadly I was busy and couldn't watch but I was hoping throughout the day.

Anyone that has ever dealt with muscle cramping this does work.

Added: it has to be pure maple syrup... I guess pancakes could be optional. lol

Chipping a ball, not intending to hit anyone.
Screaming/yelling at the judge isn’t necessarily a disqualification.

This Italian dude is not leaving anything on the table. Giving Djokovic a run. Just battled back in the second set down 3 games and now in a tiebreak first set.

These three guys, Nadal, Federer and Djokovic have won 60 majors combined. That's 15 years of grand slam drought for everyone else.

Two teenagers, both born in Canada.
Interesting match. Raducanu had a wicked serve which seemed to give her the win.

BTW, the woman singing the US anthem was brutal.

Yes, Raducanu does have a wicked serve and at 18 it’s only going to get better.

I remember listening to Roseanne Barr sing US anthem at baseball game... nothing beats that for brutal.

It is good to know WTA is willing to put tournaments out of China over disappearance of Peng Shuai.

IOC should have pulled 2022 Winter Olympics out of China, for lab made pandemic.
