The worst case of road rage was caught on camera by an innocent driver who found himself the target of a madman.

Now the attacker claims he's the victim.

This is why you don't try to play traffic cop & slow other drivers down on purpose or anything like that - never know when it's going to be a loonybin like that guy.

At least he didn't have a gun - people have been shot & killed in road rage incidents.

Way back when, I heard about this incident in Austrailia, and today, I got to wonder what ever happened in court.

To refresh your memory, the rager, rammed the ex-cops vehicle I think six times, tried to run him off the road, then climbed on his hood and smashed his windshield with his fist.

The assailant caused $17,000 (Australian) damage to the victim's vehicle.

Well ladies and gentlemen. Canada isn't the only country with crazy sentences for serious offenses.

2 years probation and a 6 month driving suspension.
