I love how people always assume that they'll catch up to a "speeding" car at the next light. Doesn't always happen that way.

Hey, don't be using logic to trump people's confirmation bias - you'll have better luck banging your head against a brick wall.

As far as winning or losing, in going to court over this - just the fact it gets taken to court makes one a loser, IMHO.
