I drove behind a guy like this from the tippy top of the upper Mission all the way down towards Orchard Park. Finally be the time we'd reached the mall his rear window defroster had melted off most of the snow. He also made the strange effort of wiping the snow off the bottom 1/3 of his side view mirrors, which I guess was enough since he'd only rolled his windows down enough to knock snow off of the bottom 3-4"

We really do have an over abundance of stupid people. Problem being if they kill themselves they sometimes take an innocent person with them!
