Yes, the dead animal could have been a deer, sheep, or bear. And if the owner of that deer, sheep, or bear came on here and made it clear that they allowed their beloved pet [blank] roam along roadways with no control or appropriate restraints, they'd get a similar response, I guarantee that.

I would certainly hope if a parent was walking a young child (as I posted earlier, a dog has the mental capacity of a 2-3 year old child) they would in fact have that child secured a.) in a stroller/wagon, b.) with a firmly held little hand, c.) yes with a child harness. You seem to at least recognize responsible parenting.
