What is going on at the KLO mission creek bridge? What a Sht show, It took me 45 minutes to get from Hall road to Benvoulin!

At times traffic was jammed up all the way past Benvoulin. It was actually causing some dangerous situations. I don't understand why they wouldn't do this late at night or early in the morning. I hope the work they are doing gets alittle more even, when I drove over it there are pretty major bumps on both sides of the repair. I'm sure it will be fine when they are done...I hope.
